Through Discovery coaching, you will create a detailed action plan and learn a process for taking specific and measurable steps towards achieving your highest objectives.  Through the weekly accountability conversations, you will take greater responsibility and accountability for your commitments and realize greater personal and career satisfaction.       

The objectives of  the Launch coaching program are to help you: develop your self-awareness, improve your self-perception, gain clarity on your strengths and areas for grow and learn to leverage your talents and strengths with accuracy.  In addition, you will gain a new vocabulary for describing what you do best and how to articulate the value you bring to your personal and professional life.  

The objective of the Insight coaching program is to provide you with an in depth self-assessment and 360 feedback from a select group of leaders, peers, direct reports and customers. Through the self-assessment and group feedback, you will gain clarity on your strengths and the perceptions of others on your effectiveness as a leader or team member.  Most importantly, you will create a step by step action plan that will assist you in refining your personal brand and for improving your relationships with your employees, team and customers.
